Born in Memphis Tennessee, Stephanie Nadolny has been performing since the age of five and is no stranger to the stage. Throughout her life she has been actively involved in theatre and dance. She has received numerous awards in state level piano and vocal competitions. In high school, Stephanie participated in dramatic arts and choir. Her talent and passion for singing secured her primary roles in Oklahoma, Gypsy, The Fantastiks, Bye Bye Birdie and My Fair Lady. She was active in the Durant, Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival and worked with various community theatres in the North Texas area. As a drama and music major at the University of North Texas, Stephanie was a featured soloist in the U.N.T. 100th Celebration Centennial Extravaganza.
In 1991, Stephanie joined the nationally renowned show band, Vince Vance and the Valiants. She has toured extensively across the U.S.A. as the groups lead Valiantette, Violet. This popular, high-energy musical revue allowed Stephanie to shine as a professional singer, dancer and actress. Not only has she shared the stage with well-known artists such as Huey Lewis, James Brown, Harry Connick Jr., The Four Tops, Chubby Checker and others, she has performed in venues from the Superdome to the Super bowl and from the Waldorf Astoria to the White House. During her eighteen year run with Vince Vance, in addition to live performing, she choreographed dance routines and arranged vocal parts and sang on various studio projects, including the albums, Dance, Dance, Dance and Tamale Wagon. She also made three appearances on the Dallas television program, Good Morning Texas, performing the #1 Christmas hit, “All I Want for Christmas is You,” and was featured on the nationally televised This Is Garth Brooks concert special in 1993.
Stephanie has also performed as the voice of Goku and Boy Gohan in the outrageously popular television programs, Dragonball and Dragonball Z (Cartoon Network). Working with the production company Funimation since 1999, she’s also contributed voices to other characters, including East Kai and Baby trunks. In addition, she has been chosen to arrange and sing animation themes for Kiddy Grade, YuYu Hakusho and Case Closed.
Stephanie’s singing experiences includes bands such as The Bulletproof Brass, a rhythm and blues, soul and jazz band that performs at a variety of clubs and events around the Dallas area. She also performs and records with Grammy Award winning polka band, Brave Combo and is featured on their recent releases, The Process and Box Of Ghosts. In addition, she has completed an album project with Brave Combo producer, Carl Finch, entitled The Cookies. She has an affinity for vocal parody work and loves to pick up radio jingle work when time allows. Stephanie has performed with various local Dallas Texas live party bands including The Project, Emerald City, Random Axis, Signed Sealed Delivered, The Factory, Inversion and Special Edition. The Dallas Convention and Visitor’s Bureau hired Stephanie to become the lead singer and choreographer of D-Town, an acapella quartet that traveled the states of Oklahoma and Texas promoting travel and tourism to the city of Dallas through live marketing, vocal and visual entertainment.
Stephanie sang lead and backup vocals with Fever, a successful Elvis and Roy Orbison artist tribute band performing all over the USA at concert halls, festivals and live theater auditoriums. She continues to amaze and captivate audiences of all ages in venues of all kinds, including her current position as emcee and lead singer of the Winstar Casino Highrollers Showband. This dynamic weekly revue covers over 7 decades of music and has captivated audiences for it’s nearly 4 year run. Her goals include live performance and studio recordings of all kinds. She has an affinity for vocal parody work for comedic radio shows and loves to pick up radio jingle work when time allows.
